OACHC is looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) that will lead a seasoned team of professionals, providing leadership, direction, and administration in all aspects of the organization. The CEO collaborates with the Board of Directors and establishes and maintains effective working relationships with all OACHC member health centers to further the mission, growth and prosperity of community health centers in Ohio.

Essential Skills:

Leadership and strategic planning experience
Strong background in government affairs, health policy, regulatory affairs, and advocacy
Strong oral and written communication skills including experience in public speaking and engaging with local state and national policymakers
High level of expertise/understanding of Federally Qualified Health Centers and/or Community Health Center systems, including laws, regulations, standards, protocols, organizational and management techniques, and other industry knowledge and skills as well as the integration of medicine, dentistry, and behavioral health services in these systems
Knowledge of accounting and financial analysis practices sufficient to understand financial reports and understand the impact of financial performance on the organization’s operations.
